Shopify's valuation assumes perpetual 15%+ growth. But e-commerce growth is slowing. We need to:

  1. Expand Internationally: Growth in Canada is saturated. Focus on Europe, APAC, Latin America. Target 40% of revenue from international by 2035 (vs. 30% today).

  2. Expand Into Services: Payments, financing, fulfillment, marketing services. These are higher-margin than platform fees. Target $8-10B in services revenue by 2035 (vs. $2.1B today).

  3. Compete With Amazon: Build merchant tools that make it easier to sell across multiple channels (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, Instagram). This is a defense against Amazon dominance.

Financial target: Maintain 18-20% revenue growth despite slower e-commerce growth through services expansion and international growth.
